Sauvignon Blancs and Blends

Much like shiraz, the sauvignon blanc grape can be melded, refined and crafted into an incredible number of variations. While it is one the most recognisable white varietals, it is arguably also one of the most divisive – some love it and others turn up their noses. The flavour profile of a sauvignon blanc may range from tropical and flowery stone fruits, to zesty citrus and other herbaceous characteristics. Sauvignon blanc is often made into drink-now styles.
