Welcome to Wills Domain, Margaret River’s top foodie destination: the Australian’s HOT 50 Hall of Fame; National Good Food Guide Two Chef’s Hats 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020; WA Good Food Guide Regional Restaurant of the Year 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019; WA Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year 2018 (placed 1st overall), and in 2022, placed 4th overall in the state. Our restaurant was lauded by the Australian’s food critic, John Leathlean, who called it ‘one of the best fine-dining restaurants in Margaret River’. The Restaurant has a refined, industrial feel with a focus on sustainable, wild-harvested produce. This food philosophy is championed by Culinary Director Jed Gerrard and Chef de Cuisine Sergio Labbe. Their combined efforts continuously improve The Restaurant’s offering and make joyful use of the estate’s gardens (and even vine rows) to add unrivalled garnishes and aesthetic flourishes to our menus. Choose between à la carte, 4- or 7-course degustation experience; you’ll want at least 3 hours for the latter!
