Forest Hill Vineyard

Western Australia | Great Southern

Our Review

This family-owned business is one of the oldest ‘new’ winemaking operations in WA and was the site of the first grape plantings in Great Southern in '65. The Forest Hill brand became well known, aided by the fact that a ’75 Riesling made by Sandalford from Forest Hill grapes won 9 trophies. The quality of the wines made from the oldest vines (dry-grown) on the property is awesome (released under the numbered vineyard block labels). -JAMES HALLIDAY
