Santa & D’Sas is a collaboration between the Santarossa and Di Sciascio families. Andrew Santarossa and Matthew Di Sciascio met while studying for a bachelor of applied science (wine science). Wines released under the Valentino label (fiano, sangiovese and shiraz) are dedicated to Matthew’s father. -JAMES HALLIDAY
