Baileys of Glenrowan

Victoria | Glenrowan

Our Review

Paul Dahlenburg has been in charge of Baileys since 1998, overseeing an expansion in the vineyard and the construction of a 2000t-capacity winery. The cellar door has a heritage museum, winery viewing deck, contemporary art gallery and landscaped grounds. Baileys has also picked up the pace with its Muscat and Topaque, reintroducing the Winemakers Selection at the top of the tree, while continuing the larger volume Founder series. Casella Family brands purchased the brand and the Glenrowan property from TWE in December '17. The vineyards and winery have been steadily undergoing conversion to organic since '11, producing the first full range of certified organic table wines from the '19 vintage. -JAMES HALLIDAY
