Our Review
These days, Marcus Satchell goes by the moniker Mr Gippsland. He’s in demand as a contract winemaker, but his own label, run with wife Lisa Sartori, is the real star. The winery is at the back of their cellar door in a cool, industrial site in Leongatha. Sourcing fruit off the Tilson and Berrys Creek vineyards has been key to their vinous success. -JANE FAULKNER
