Our Review
Initially established in ’92 as Toms Cap Vineyard, Carrajung Estate today comprises a winery, cellar door, restaurant and luxury accommodation, the latter revamped and expanded under new co-owners Ivy Huang and Rebeka Morgan, who purchased the 40ha property from founders Ann and Graham Morris in ’23. Made from estate-grown fruit by Marcus Satchell of Dirty Three fame, the range comprises a handful of varietal wines, including chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, rosé and sparkling. -ANNA WEBSTER
