Jericho Wines

The family winemaking team consists of father and son, Neil and Andrew Jericho. Neil has over 50 years of winemaking experience in Rutherglen, King Valley and the Clare Valley; Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in McLaren Vale working as senior winemaker for Maxwell Wines and Mollydooker. Andrew has a bachelor of oenology from the University of Adelaide and obtained experience at Grace Vineyard in China’s Shanxi Province. Kaye Jericho is an experienced vintage widow, and daughter Sally worked for Wine Australia and has degrees in marketing and accounting. Youngest son Kim was followed a graphic design pathway – he’s responsible for Jericho’s excellent branding. In ’20, the family purchased the Bracken vineyard in Blewitt Springs from Ulithorne, which is planted to grenache (’55) and shiraz (’65). -JAMES HALLIDAY
