Greg Kentish purchased the Balancing Rock vineyard in '20 and renamed it Balancing Heart after a heart-shaped granite boulder in the vineyard. Assisted by famed local winemaker Mike Hayes, the project has accelerated in quality, with a focus on shiraz, chardonnay, verdelho, viognier and pinot gris. -MIKE BENNIE
