Our Review
What once began as a side-project for winemaking powerhouse Shaun and Liz Silkman in '13 is now widely considered a core producer for the Hunter Valley region, yet it maintains the detail and clarity of a small wine business. The wines seem to catapult into new realms of quality with every new release, so much so that Liz Silkman was crowned Winemaker of the Year for the 2025 Halliday Wine Companion. Aside from their astute understanding of site and variety, resulting in contemporary and finessed expressions of semillon, chardonnay and shiraz, they also make masterful releases of the lesser versed, grüner veltliner alongside a classic pinot noir and shiraz blend. -HALLIDAY TEAM
