Top white wines over $25

Australia’s favourite white, chardonnay, takes out more than half of the wines here, with diverse styles from a spread of regions around the country. But there’s more to explore, too.

The list that follows forms part of James Halliday’s 2020 Top 100.

“11 chardonnays, six rieslings, then one each of semillon, sauvignon blanc and gruner veltliner. No surprise that the Clare Valley, Eden Valley and Great Southern each claim two rieslings.”
