Brunswick Aces Hearts Gin

Full of warm spices, yet a surprisingly curated blend of botanicals. The core is made up of intense cassia, with the other flavours supporting and dancing around it to create a strong fruit-toast flavour. It feels like it is only missing a bit of butter. Producing this gin with alcohol helps to push out and elongate the flavours by giving them a strong enough base to cling to. The intensity of the nose draws you in, and the palate has an equal concentration to drive the bold profile throughout. The palate begins to dry out, leaving a slight spindly note to the baking spices, which really helps to freshen up the gin and prevent it from becoming too one-track.
