Eureka Distilling, located in the Sydney suburb of Marrickville, has a mission to provide quality local spirits at an affordable price. With its flagship vodka sitting on shelves at a very reasonable $60, it’s more than just wishful thinking. While information about the specifics of production are a bit thin on the ground, the distillery’s journey 'began over 10 years ago when Philip Crossley wanted to itch a distiller’s scratch and try his hand at making spirits.'
