Forage Built's Calyx 16.
The Homefullness Grenache is juicy and light-bodied with notes of crunchy red apple, pomegranate and cracked green peppercorn. Yalumba's senior winemaker Sam Wigan says: "It’s the perfect wine to serve slightly chilled in the warmer months; delicious and approachable with loads of spice, cherry and raspberry."
“We have been very conscious of the challenges that our hospitality industry has faced over the past two years, leaving employees vulnerable with little or no income. Many people are now experiencing homelessness for the first time,” Sam says.
Scott Rogasch and Justin Westhoff are co-founders of Forage Supply Co and are leading the Forage Built project. Scott says: "Housing is not going to solve homelessness, community will, and projects like this wouldn’t be possible with out our amazing partners and supporters like Yalumba."
The 2017 Yalumba X Forage Built Homefullness Grenache packs of 12 are available to purchase from the Yalumba website and wine room for $120.
